1. Enquiry & Communication
We communicate with the customer regarding specific product needs, including design, functionality, materials, budget, and other customization requirements.
2. Preliminary Design
Based on the customer's requirements, we provide a product design proposal and feasibility assessment. After the customer's confirmation, we proceed to prototyping.
3. Sampling & Mold Making
According to the confirmed design plan, we prototype with 3D printing for the customer's approval. Once the sample is confirmed, we create the necessary molds for production.
4. Mass Production
Once the sample is approved by the customer, we enter the mass production phase. We use efficient production processes and strict quality control to ensure the high quality of each product.
5. Quality Inspection
During Production (DUPRO) inspection is crucial for
quality control. We check samples when the
production of approximately 20% ~ 40 % of the
shipment quantity has been completed. After
production, 100% of products undergo strict quality
inspection.
6. Shipping and After-Sales Support
After production is completed, we arrange safe transportation for the products and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
